Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Production Planning & Control: Create production schedules, manage workflow to meet deadlines and specifications, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure projects meet company and customer requirements. Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage production budgets, estimate costs, and implement measures to control expenses and improve profitability. Staff Management: Supervise, motivate, and train production staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance to ensure an efficient and productive team. Resource & Inventory Management: Determine and secure necessary resources, including raw materials, equipment, and workforce, and oversee inventory levels. Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine maintenance and troubleshooting for production machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working order. Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and foster a safe work environment for all personnel.
