Achievement of Saudization targets * Oversee and coordinate activities of a shift, optimising available resources and ensuring adherence to work orders/schedules and targets and objectives * Accountable for proper shift handover * Supervise pre-commissioning inspections and/or commissioning/de-commissioning of equipment * Assist and delegate electrical isolation of equipment responsibilities * Oversee signing for safe-making activities when declared competent * Compile shift rosters
